Election Results

Thursday, November 10, 2022

Thank you for the great honor and privilege to serve you in elected office. I am humbled and overwhelmed to achieve another re-election victory. A very special thank you to my wife Kari, sons Will & Ryan, extended family, friends and volunteers for their unending support of me. You make the difference in every election and I am blessed.

We are all Americans and it has been a long election cycle filled with emotion and passion. Elections are a profound expression of our great republic and liberty. We should never take for granted our freedom of self-determination. Running for elected office is very difficult and I have the joys and scars of a few election cycles. Anyone who puts themselves forward to be placed on a ballot will endure a tremendous stress on themselves, families, friends and business. I respect and thank everyone who participated in the process.

Congratulations to those who won. I urge you to be magnanimous, build bridges and serve with honor. If you came up short on votes be sure to stay involved. There are many ways to serve your community. Please call personally to concede the race and find a time very soon to meet personally with your former opponent to find common ground and work together. After all, the goal of public service is just that – serving the public.

Thank you again for allowing me to serve you. Our greatest days are still ahead – God Bless Georgia & America!

Most sincerely,
John
